Welcome to Cottage Road Studios

Cottage Road Studio is built into a nineteenth century coach house, the studio is situated 4 miles outside of Leeds City Centre. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, the house, large garden and courtyard area all have a European feel and it is only a few minutes away from the centre of one of the most vibrant cities in the UK.  The studio is perfectly situated for local amenities, whilst still being private and secluded, tucked away on this picturesque street of listed buildings and Cinema: Cottage Road.

Cottage Road Studios is well suited for both tracking and mixing -  the extensive backline and quality guitar and speaker cabling between control and live room make it very usable for guitar bands.  The live room provides a pleasing and controlled environment for everything for rock drum kits to string sections.

The control room monitoring has been calibrated and tested by Genelec European installation team, giving an accurate and even frequency response.  Favoured for its transportable accurate mixes.
